So, Christmas is over for another year, and we are ready to ring in 2013.
These passed few months have been kinda hard, and Christmas will never be the same as we will always have these memories floating around.
Some of you may remember my Mum was diagnosed with Bladder *C* in November 2011, and she under went surgery which all went successful. Her first 6 monthly check up in June went fine. She had her second check up in December, and unfortunately, the *C* is back, in as different place. She will begin Radiotherapy sometime in the early new year. Please keep everything crossed. My Mum is a determined lady, who has beaten this horrible illness once, and can do it again.
2013 is going to be a good year - I can sense that already.
This year, I plan on achieving three things for me personally.
1) To continue to go Slimming World and loose more weight. This is a must, I haven't been now for a good number of weeks, but I have enjoyed myself. My head is in the right place so I WILL achieve more weight loss in the New Year!
2) Find a house. Its about time me and the OH got ourselves sorted. We have lived together since Feb 2007, and have managed to sort out a decent size deposit, so now its just time to find a property in a decent location, which we both like (And it HAS to be 3 bedrooms, coz I cant go without a crafty room since I have had one here!)
3) Finally, start learning to drive! I have booked in for my theory test, which I have been practising most days, but I need to learn to drive. Even more so if Alex has to work in Sweden 2 weeks out of 4 per month!
I will be having a New Year clear out this week, so keep an eye on the blog for bits and bobs for sale.
