With the card, as promised! This card is made for a colleagues mum, from their grandchildren!
I am going to enter this one into the I ♥ Promarkers Challenge No. 2 which is to follow a sketch. I have given this the 3D look as I thought it may look a bit better than being flat! Instead of using ribbon for the strip that goes across the middle, I have cut a 1cm piece of spotty backing paper and layered it onto the same colour cardstock as the background.
Recipe:
Image - Pink Petticoat
Colours Used - Apple, Meadow Green, Blossom, Ice Grey 2 and Cool Aqua
Cardstock - Blue & spotty from stash
Sentiment - PC made
Other - Stickles used on the bubbles/water, 'I cant believe their not brads' from stash
