No Smirks for me!

Went to The Range, and had a look at the Smirk range, but I feel the stamps are way to small (Was a bit disappointed to say the least!) and then we couldnt find any Square cards, so I nipped into HobbyCraft and ended up spending £12! Got two packs of square cards, 3 Papermania pads (Raspberry champagne, Ivory Black and Antique Cream to match the blue, green and lilac ones I have already got!) then some red organza ribbon, a new black ink pad and some double sided sticky tape!

Now its time to finish up Mickey Mouse and create a card with it! Have decided that its going to be Alex's Valentines day card being as Mickey is in a love heart! Photos to follow..

Afternoon!

Firstly, I would like to say well done on starting creating cards, I tried a while back and just didn't have the patience! (and to be honest I don't think I was any good at making my own cards really!)I totally love you website skin too, really funky and bright! Just wanted to comment on the up and coming most romantic day of the year! Valentine's Day is nearly upon us!eeek!! Just wanted to share some hints I have picked up recently! Thanks to my lovely friend Imogen, I have now found out about electronic greetings cards, (she sent me one whilst I was in work, there was no occasion - she just wanted to say hi!)But I thought it was such a good idea, I started to look into sending some e-Cards myself. I did quite a lot of research, and spent a lot of time looking at loads of different sites and I have found a really cool website that has an awesomeFree Romance e-Card section. This particular site has an awesome application where you can upload a photograph of yourself and incorporate it into your card. This is such a clever idea, and adds that personal touch, and as I already mentioned this particular site is totally free. I think e-Cards are definitely worth a try, they are not for everyone, but I am becoming a fan! Just wanted to share my findings!Keep up the good work :-) kind regards, Nicole.
